Reviewers are expected to disclose any conflicts of interest and recuse themselves where necessary, maintain confidentiality of the manuscript under review, provide constructive and specific feedback, complete reviews within the agreed timeline (extensions may be requested), and evaluate manuscripts solely on scholarly or creative merit, free from bias toward author identity, institution or geography.

Manuscripts under review are confidential documents. Reviewers must not use unpublished manuscript content for their own research or share it with third parties. Suspected reviewer misconduct or bias can be reported to the Editor-in-Chief.
